New Scenario

HPQ sells remaining resource asset for 300k. They sell the resource to Quebec Silica Resource Group for 3000000 units at the price of .10 HPQ soon will be registered as tech company under TSX. Current share price of the Quebec resource company is .065. HPQ currently loosing about .035 par share. I am guessing HPQ is very close to operational of QRR. That means HPQ need to buy silica soon. Why not buying from own asset. Quebec Silica Resource share jump from .065 to 20 to 30 cents. I do not think is a bad deal.
