The Blawn Project comprises 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

The way I understand it after the 2.25 million payment, the joint venture company will in October be pushing the plant building to produce. So yes it is very close. There is a lot of money in sales coming. So 2023 will be the big year. As for the share price it should rise with it.
