The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Last days to get your 16.5% dividend!I agree with you, I've never put much faith in the hold but dont buy narrative, if your going to hold a stock at a higher price then ultimately you believe it will go up, this really isnt a tough decision as my first buy was over 5 but I make a purchase based on the possibility of buying tranches, if opportunity knocks answer the door! Collecting this dividend is not the worst decision right now that's for sure, these are the times I'm always glad I keep some cash, time heals all wounds. Cheers!

Whoever said we should hold if we own any BUT NOT BUY any at $5 is high. If it makes sense to hold it makes even more sense to buy while it's trading at a discount. 

Investors were paying $10/share 6-7 months ago and now I can buy it for half this price? Absolutely. 

As a value investor I'll be happy to keep adding within the next few weeks/months. 

Opportunity to buy a piece of real estate trading at a 40% discount that pays me 8%. Sign me up.
