Yeah, you're absolutely right, it's a crappy market.  It certainly doesn't make sense for the stock price to go any lower.  Not to say it can't, but $37 million market cap for a company with no debt to any institutional lenders and $15 million in the bank.  It's enterprise value is sitting at $22 million dollars.  That's just ridiculous!   EV/EBITDA = 6.9x EBITDA!  This is clearly an undervalued stock.  That's not an opinion, that's just fact based on that number.  I agree, cheap shares at these prices.
