The union was decertified in April 2021.

So, your "root problem" was resolved 16 months ago; can we expect that you will now jump back in with both feet? The "cancer" has been eliminated and the p/b is the lowest (0.6) of any of the top 10 (by market cap) financial institutions in Canada.
