You could ask Sam Strasser. Sam is the 33 year old Business Development officer for Phantom Developments.
Sam was recently hired by Jeff as a business consultant for $80,000 in share options through PWR.

You can give him a call at 416-762-4314 at the Phantom offices.

Don't worry about the fact Jeff says they are in negotiations with Phantom Developments (and Sam's consulting on both sides of the fence), or the business dealings are non-arms length or the Strasser's are significant shareholders in GRB (according to Ron Struthers approx. 5M shares)
