Why is the market reacting to this now? Sundial loaned Superette the money in feb, so that Superette could by all the shares outstanding of canoe. Also isn't  this  sundials buiness modle going forward?. Lending out money and taking a senior debt postion at attractive interest rates then putting thenselves lm a superior postion to snap up the distressed assets.Cash is king esp in this market.
