C-1036-2021 is just another frivolous court case designed only to raise money for himself. JRL, IMO, has been so successful at bilking MWR shareholders and others, since late Dec. 2010...why stop now?
I would like to be able to prove he knew in Dec. 2010 he had no real rights to any Chilean properties and approached MWR to willfully defraud its shareholders. Was this a scheme he, his brother, and lawyers dreamed up before the option agreement was signed initially? Certainly he knew he was losing ground in court cases heard in the fall of 2012. He failed to disclose this to MWR. This is when he started pursuing every avenue he could think of to perpetuate any lawsuit in the Chilean Courts. JRL always maintained he was winning and needed more funds to collect damages etc.. In fact he was losing and having to pay court costs.
What JRL knew was how to work the Chilean Courts over and over again so it looked like he had something going that was valid. After all, almost $10.0 million can certainly pay a few lawyers and himself to keep filing lawsuits that go nowhere.
I also want to know who, other than JRL, is complicit in what I consider to be a massive fraud?
Hell hath no fury like a ripped off shareholder...
