Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. In 2016 Pfizer also took a 50% equity stake in the OV company Ignite Immunotherapy, which apparently does not exist any longer, and like 4DMT, was another David Kirn company
