RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

I disagree on you that it would be terrible If RepliCel looses the Dispute.
For Sure Replicel will Win But If they Wont it wouldnt be a Big problem: If Shiseido has Great results with the hair Cell therapy they will commercialize the RCH-01 Technology in Asia. But who had the Rights For commercializing that product in Europe, Africa, Australia, America, South America !??????? 

Correct! The rights belong to Replicel. So If the product is successfull and Shiseido commercialize it then Replicel has a very worthy product For all Other continents. They Are in a nice Position! You should Buy as much shares as you Can get until rocket TAKE OFF!!
