I am afraid RT is still " shell shocked" from their last ALCAN acquisition and are terrified of making another blunder! On the other hand, would you like to partner with them on OT while they have been hiding their cards for the last several decades ? RT does not like to share. Period. I can't understand why ETG has not been swallowed already. The answer must be in the fine prints of its many complex contracts between Mongolia/ RT/ others SH? Interesting time indeed! GLTA.
