Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Two lines that I love from the webinar announcement (which is two months away?).

"All financing is secured at project level – no dilution – no debt – high-margin."

Appartently going from 3.57M shares outstanding to 29M doesn't count as "dilution", $6.2M in liabilities with a $23M deficit is "no debt" and the only "high margin" are the loans owed to certain persons.
