Medicall
How got in and why?
History:  DM involved in AI, over course of pandemic involved in healthcare through covid.  Testing on Canadian soil, mining, production companies, companies.  Approached about AI in medical space.  Can enhance medical treatment.  Fast, accessible, accurate.  Clients requested.  Announced acquisition of Medicall.  Medical solutions with MC app.  Dovetails nicely with Nexalogy AI.

Current Business Model:
Rolled out MC in greater Vancouver BC area in IOS and Android.  Telehealth, in addition to in person from medical personnel.
In person visits can be just about anywhere we dispatch MediCall personnel.  If you get the app you can do telehealth.
Past month or so.  Doctors have been dispatched, clients doing telehealth as we speak.  Allowing for good quality control.  Going very well.  Had very little problems over the past 4 or 5 weeks.
  
Being done & Financing:
Financing in MC was done through DM through an acquisition, building out the App was a vast majority of expenses.  Most expenses were up front.  Little overhead to continue with MC now.  A lot of the processes that allow this to work were already put into place during COVID to make this work.  Overhead and entry costs were very low for DM. Repurposed some people helping on medical side.  Repurposing processes for the COVID side.  Medical record pieces and legal pieces were already done.

Already gone through all that.

Financing is all be done during covid profits.

Very low overhead, very low barrier to entry.

Roll out and expansion plans:
Rolling out more plans, definitely.  High end demographic at the beginning to ensure 1 month worked properly before rolling out to huge groups.  Familiar with the demographic we launched in.  Ensure function.  It worked in that demographic so the next pieces are to build on this, more accessible and bring in more people. There are more plans going in place that are coming out very, very soon.  Smalle5r to larger amounts to pay as you go.  Make service more accessible.  Always been the plan.

Other piece is to touch on some underserved demographics and help with the current crisis seeing across the country.  Seeing this in the news today. Paying to GPs or 100000 on wait lists to get medical assistance speaks to underserved demographics.  These are the people we want to target.  How to we get them medical assistance and using the MC app.  Next couple weeks; very, very soon.

Next piece, service expansion in the Vancouver area and geographic area. 

Service expansion.  Been working on this for a while.  Near to midterm.  This fall.  Service expansions will start.  Looking into all kinds of different areas.  Other underserved areas such as psychology, psychiatry. 

Also looking at Dental health/prescription drugs.  How do we do this, not sure yet, but we are looking at it.

Mental health piece.  History of mental health with suicide prevention in South Korea and can be a help to people who need it and to the business.  Moving in that direction and expanding in the foot print of the services offered by MediCall.

Will see notice before service expansions.  A little give and take with dates, but are solidifying quite quickly.

Geographic expansion.

Will see in MediCall in other provinces in other cities across Canada.  Other demographics. 
Can get in the USA?  Currently no, working across Canada first due to low hanging fruit. Many hurdles already passed due to Covid.  Such as Ontario, BC, and Quebec.  But we operate in every province for COVID, so we are working on MediCall in every Province.  Goal is to be Canada wide.
Need staff that is licensed on the ground.  Licensed in province operating in.  Have personnel on the ground in.  Working on ensuring all i’s and t’s are crossed for personnel in new areas and fit in properly with medical regulators.  Want to move in fast to the big 3: BC, Ontario, Quebec.  Goal is to expand across Canada.

Advertising going to kick in in 3 to 4 weeks for MediCall space.  Brought in a team recently looking at it and already started.  When ready to go you will see advertising.

Targeting people in the areas we are working in.

Should see in that area and in our social media as well.

I am personally involved in this one as the media is being pushed around.

In Provinces we are allowed to operate in, we can charge this to Insurance, typically Provincial but also private insurance.  Lower the barrier to entry allows us to help the people that need it and being able to charge to Provinces allows for that.  Then insurance, private.  Acting on it now and more news to come.

MediCall is going.  Hoping to expand very quickly.

Can MediCall provide access to Covid pieces?  Yes, not a problem.

Can MediCall; provide access to Covid side of the business?  Can do some services through MediCall.  For individual yes, for corporate, we have to run the way we are running it now due to restrictions placed on DM by the Exchange TSX.

Providing Veterinary services?  No, not looking at it right now.

Revenue – hang tight.

DMEVS

History:
Last fall looking at business verticals, apply AI tech.  Ran a pilot with EVAR.  Spun out of Samsung in Korea.  Been doing recharging services for a long time.  Samsung, Hyundai, Kia, and now DM is involved.  DM is their entry into the North American market.  Range anxiety and EV recharging were the focus.  Proof of concept done by DM and they liked it.
Partnered with them to be a conduit into North America for their tech.  Most is vehicle facing.  Longer term is that this is going into everything.  Couple visions for electric vehicles and infrastructure. Long term this is going everywhere.  In 5 years going everywhere will be ubiquitous.  The world is going there.  Its only going to increase.  DM did a short investigation and was successful.  Believe that 2 + 2 = 5 on this and think DM will have a significant impact.

BM and Financing:
Thins hearing now are into the EV pieces.  First see recharging trucks and chargers, already in the news.  Why?  5 times more efficient as anything else on the market.  For every 1 charger of others, we can have 5 chargers.  Proprietary functions.  Cuts installation to 20%, lowers footprint, and lowers time to charge.  Additionally, there are trucks in the works and almost here.  Ahead of the game.

Infrastructure around these things.  Everything runs on apps.  Same for this.  Initial pieces are the lowest hanging fruit.  Tech has developed in Asia, have to modify for North America.  Testing and translation.  All happening now.  Trucks and chargers, lowest hanging fruit, fastest to launch and coming in a month early.  Conversions are working well and rolls out the red carpet on further expansion on this model of getting thins into the market and doing quickly. 

Apps will be used at charging stations, for individual customers.  Then corporate.  On the side of interoperability.  To work everywhere. 

What is interoperability?  There are 2 visions in the charging world, basically.  Closed, like a company that wants to own the car and the infrastructure and use all their products, no other options, such as Apple.  They provide it all with no alternative.

The other vision is like what we have today where the different responsibilities are divided being Interoperability.  Vehicles are made by manufactures and other companies have gas stations and other companies have apps.  Can work with Google app, Hyundai’s app… we are on this later side.

We are working with companies that are in the interoperability vision.  There is room for both markets, they currently coexist.  Believe the barrier to entry for EVs is high, I personally believe that the larger demographic will be the interoperability vision. 

EV infrastructure needs to piggyback off the existing infrastructure.  Like cell phones using land lines.

I wanted to make sure everyone understands the interoperability piece.

Greater latitude to use our products not just one demographic.

Revenue is currently tied to the corporate contracts, corporate partnerships, and individual payments.

What is down the line?

We are going to move out like MediCall doing it geographically as they become available.  First is Vancouver, like MediCall, and we are already operating there.

Also, Interoperability allows for easily moving the business.  Like our new partnership with Cyberswitching, allowing to work in diverse environments.  DM is getting requests for charging stations in harsh environments.

Allows us to move into different businesses.

Everyone go look at where Cyberswitching is headquartered! 

[Me:  This was heavily emphasized by Marshall basically saying, did you notice our new partner is in the USA with a “hint, hint, nudge, nudge, say no more, say no more” feel to it; for me anyhow.]

We are never tied down to how one or 2 players in a market want to move.

Longer term.

AI what can we do in the system with AI.  You won’t see it, but you will get its affect.  AI allows to adapt and strategies in markets.  Can run 10,000 models for charging stations between Toronto and VC in a few minutes.

Allows us to adapt.  When thinking “charging” don’t think just cars.  Rolling out vehicles, trucks.  This is the same tech as 7 11 in South Korea.  This tech is going into everything.  Drones, trucks, and in some refrigerators now.

The infrastructure around EVs is going to like 15 times bigger than EVs themselves.  That infrastructure is massive.  There is a real win-win with this.  Same thing that EVAR and related companies saw and why they chose to partner with DM.  Long term ramifications for this are huge.
Advertising for corporate is working .  Enterprise sales and adds are on their way.  Looked into advertising.  How it roles out, we’ll look at over the next couple months.  Won’t see as much as MediCall advertising as you will for EVS in the near term.

Financed:
Entered into a partnership. Partnered with EVAR in Korea.  They took a $10M stake in our company.  During negotiations DM wanted to pay cash, but they saw no value.  They wanted the shares. Comes with trucks and chargers etcetera.  Financing in the future depends on roll out.  Overhead is very low At this point.  Nexalogy and work with Samsung over past years already existed.  Dovetailing nicely with what we have done.

Offering tech to other EV companies?  That is where we are going and is what you just saw with Cyberswitching.

Covid
Sales are strong, sales are still going.  Been in Vancouver, 2 bug customers asked for projections through March and September of 2023.  Not sure when it will slow down.  Margins on test kits fluctuate due to manufacturing etcetera.  From $40 US down to $1, not often, but if lots are close to expiring for example.  Margins are not established.

Nexalogy Update
Still going with the big contract with the government.  If it stops, we will let you know.  It’s a big one with a partner company.  Can’t release details now.  Confidentiality should loosen up in the next couple months for me to be able to share what is being done.  Past first hurdle, now onto the second one.  It’s a multiyear thing.  It’s a big one.  Multi years, multi milestone.

News
Started a new advertising campaign today.  Rolling out in USA and Canada.  If working, then we will roll out in other areas.  At current stock price we are at a really good buy.

TSX uplisting.  Turned in everything asked.  If we have information, we will announce it.  Been a lot of work that has gone into that.  As soon as we have info will let you know.

Can Nexalogy be customized to work as search engines?  Yes, but not as in the sense of Google.  IT is a targeted search engine.  Can go through data, search it, and find what you are looking for.  On the web, off web, forums, social media…

Assuming acquisitions occur is it possible to go into the smart glasses place?  Not done a lot of work around AR.  Discipline in itself.  Slow moving and hard to get right piece.  Not in our wheelhouse nor in the future.

Perspectum, still valid? Should be but must check.

Looking at capital structure, institutional investing, getting more eyeballs on DM.  If NCIB is a good thing we will do it again.  Current NCIB was pretty successful.  Board and management were satisfied.  May be a similar action in the future.

Financing.  Can you provide more details for revenue?  Short answer, no, has to follow as particular format governed by the exchange and securities laws. Can’t change those. 

Will DM be giving revenue guidance as things roll out, earnings projections?  Yes, as things roll out and business rolls out, yes we will be doing that.

How is it to work with NATO?  Pros and cons.  Been working with various gov entities for 20+ years.  It’s an eye opening the amount of money they have.  Same as dealing with any other military organization.  NATO has an ambassador side, so is softer that strictly military organization.  But still on a need to know none the less. 

Pros, huge purse.  Large rolodex.  They know a lot of people.

Con.  Very slow, a lot of red tape.  Takes a very, very long time.  Versus how DM likes to operate, as quick as possible.

Look out for MC expansions, geo demo, plans etc.  DMEVS a lot of news coming out with partnerships.  Coming out soon.
