Question

Why would anyone be willing to sell their shares back to the company at $12.58 when you could get $12.85 or more on the open market? That's the main issue I have with this. I don't want to sell my shares therefore I don't want to receive $12.58 per share for 30% of my shares. If the company wants to make that offer, offer it to any shareholder that wants to take it but not force it on those who don't.

If the 3 main shareholders are okay with it then let them cover the $100 million worth of shares the company wants to buy. Leave us little guys alone.
