He has caused thousands of investors to lose over 99% of their money with his lies and fake promises. It is time for investors to look into a class action lawsuit against him and whoever pays his bills. reality is that schemes such as pump-and-dump Jackson et al put on only a facade of nobility and end up harming all others the lone instigator promises will receive benefit as well. A pump-and-dump scheme is a type of fraud that involves the artificial inflation (pump) of the price of a stock or security through false, misleading statements regarding its price, according to the Corporate Financial Institute. Pump-and-dumps are unethical and thus illegal because they reduce pragmatism. Specifically, such fraud is immoral since it undermines the public’s intelligence, reduces incentives for third-party investors, and ultimately leads to economic insecurity.
