While I do think there are questions around scalability, I'm not entirely sure if replicability plays into it. Unless I'm missing some key info when it comes to Kalo's use case.

Personally, I think your latter theory is more accurate. Sen is arrogant and insufferable to work with. This is probably also playing into the issues of scaling Infuz20 as a product since nobody will partner or work with him in Canada.
