RE:RE:Howard Not sure why you put so much stock here in my ability to influence the share price. I am far too optimistic to sway anyone here to buy or sell. However, full disclosure, I am actually a long term, sizeable shareholder and I do make it my business to participate in a discussion that contributes to the well being of my investment, whether that is calling out the bs, or pointing out value or potential future value when I see it. 

For instance, suggesting that the company is about to offer a private placement would seem absolutely rediculous when they have some form of money in hand from the Abbvie deal as well as additional funding from the French government. Their website said they have received $8M from them alone, so if you do some math on the financials/history, one could deduce the amount recently received.

And as for why I would know that the website is down, well, a colleague investor pointed that out and I posted that along. thats it people!
