Would you be a buyer at a quarter?
i forsee a 1-10 roll back mid 2023 with a nose dive right after how it usually goes then buy in at .80ish when there is only 30 million o/s shares. Soon they'll be 300 mill o/s shares.
So the market cap will drop from $100 million today, to $24 million post consolidation (30 mill shares * .80), at which point you'll be a buyer at .80. Since you're a buyer when the company is valued at $24 million, you'd be a buyer today if the shares were trading for 12 cents a share, since we have 200 million shares outstanding (200 mill shares * .12 = $24 mill market cap). Or, you could wait until we have 300 million shares outstanding, and buy at 8 cents a share pre-consolidation. I'll offer some advice. If we trade at 8 or 12 cents a share, don't buy, run.
P.S. Just curious. Why did you reduce your share count from 400 mill pre-consolidation in an earlier post, to 300 mill pre-consolidation in this post? If we go with 400 mill shares, you'd be a buyer at 6 cents at 400 mill shares outstanding?
