This is not true at all.  It's clearly stated the Viking disposition was subsequent to Q2.  

Also, net debt will be LESS than $400m in Q3 even WITHOUT the Viking disposition cash because of so much free funds flow. 

going to be an unbelievable quarter. Buckle up.
