Didn't realize that it actually was above $1 for more than 10 days [7/7-8/5] back in July/Aug, after they got the delist notice in June. So you are right, they likely have reset the clock until the next delist notice. $13M market cap...what a failed prospect this ended up being. But for one day it was a grand scheme in the aftermarkets....Sub 10M is where many Canadian equities are sitting right now. Wonder if that's the destination soon.
