RE:RE:RE:Pentwater answer to RIOI await with interest to see when the vote is and how it turns out. If TRQ is not sold, ETG will not be sold.
The court case will also be interesting. Should the court side with the minority shareholders RT will look pretty sad for a major miner. A decsion not in RT's favor will be a red flag for small investors to be weary investing in any operations of theirs going forward. Ceretainly that of a major being opportunistic and taking advantage of the little guy. Terrible publicity for a major public company. Clearly investment houses the likes of PW and SS will think twice before ever getting into an investment where a major operating like this is involved going forward.
That kind of publicity a big company doesnt need and those of us that have been around a long while have seen what happens to senior managment of major corporations that take advantage of the little guy.
ETG
If arbitration is not successful, ETG could possibly keep the surrounding ground and sell only the existing known deposits. I'm sure other miners would be interested in exploring the surrounding ground.
THE BIG GUYS
They may be backing themselves into a corner.
Their options
Well thats for them to figure out.
