RE:RE:RE:RE:Pentwater answer to RIOUnfortunately ETGgave a right of first refusal, then the Licence Fees Agreement, which ties Shivee West to only the Rio group - TRQ and OTLLC but no outsiders without their say so.  And the licences over that ground will have to be transferred to OTLLC eventually in any event.

But I'm pretty optimistic the Pentwater moves are just hardball price negotiation or they are happy to hold their shares.  If RioT abandoned TRQ aspirations then ETG is a pretty plum second choice to up RioT's interests in OT.

The undercut is our friend.
