ATLAS puts up on $100m to develop a mine and easily gets all the money back 

a company buys at say $500m +$100m to develop a different scenario for them 



Climate change will affect ocean levels.  NL might even no longer exist and all the salt might dissolve.  Bitcoins could be a safer bet for sure.

Seriously... $500M?  Once this ramps-up to 6M+ tons per year, it would most likely generate $200M+ of profit per year....  worth a lot more than $500M...

IMO.
