No evidence the market doesn't believe they are real. More likely the market doesn't believe they can convert it into $$$. The evidence for that is the failure to do it in the past. The company needs to prove that point then these contracts will be believed and valued accordingly.

I don't quite believe it's a simple multiplication sum to convert these patients into profit, eventually it might be but the company has yet to show that.
