This is to which I was referring when I said Lisa has been saying they are profitable all year long, but investors say otherwise. It is absurd to be paying your employees with shares and then to take out that expense line and call yourself profitable. Not even the biggest pumpers of this stock have said that they are profitable, and if you have seen the actions of those few, you know that says it all.

Profitable companies don't issue new shares, but I know little about that. That would be better addressed by Lifeboat, I22 or Sailorman, as well as a few other very knowledgable posters. Only my opinion.
