RE:RE:What was true in 2018 is true today. All smoke and mirrorsIt's an interesting take Strato but I'm not sure I agree with your position. For sure there's going to be 'hidden' stockpiles of nickel that aren't getting consumed. The idea of the article you posted was these companies were stockpiling because they were planning on selling for higher at a later date ultimately because they were bullish on nickel. How else would they benefit from their stockpile? Unless they short the nickel market and unwind their stockpile which is illegal..

2020 changed reset everything including nickel demand. Unless something similar happens I believe nickel is going to go up in demand and unless there are large mines put online there is going to be a shortage.
