Black Sea Temps WinterA quick look at a map of the Black Sea shows us the SASB field is on the very South rim of the Black Sea about 200 miles East and a little North of Istanbul, just offshore from Alapli and Eregli.  It's certainly conceivable that a very cold winter could cause freezing along that South shoreline.  
But I think the weather is the very least of any potential problems.
