It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Given the macro environment, it would appear NICO may have what the world wants/needs going forward.

Hypothetically, if it will take a couple of years to build the operation, and Diavik is closing in 2025, how long can they afford to dither really ?  2022 construction season has passed them bye.
