Scrn never had an acquisition of ADD bio. They bought the Distribution rights for north America.. thats all.. They diluted the shares to have the rights for the screening kits of add bio (pets, breast cancer and something else) .. once it gets approved to be sold in north America we'll hear more about it. There is no Add bio as a company under screenpro. Just the rights of Distribution of thier alrdy existing products based in korea
