The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

At current prices I'm seeing Vulcan as having more upside just because its that undervalued. Personally, I see Atlas after the spinout as, at best hitting $12 in a bidding war for the asset, if a bidding war happens. I think $10 is more likely but hoping for more. Thats going to be 3-4x the after spinout price.

Vulcan, on the other hand, could hit $3-4 (as you said) once Great Atlantic is sold off or starts production as they not only own millions of shares but retain net smelter royalties. On top of that they'll have the Triple Point asset, and their other assets as well, at the moment I see the price increase potential as greater there than with Great Atlantic.
