Kinda hard to get excited when they won't actually be allowed to use Smart Gateway for the primary tenant of the stadium.

The NHL still doesn't approve MSG. That's a problem.

Obviusly SAP Center is confident approval is coming soon, or they wouldn't have bought it.

But it's definitely a roadblock for future NHL venues.
