Regarding the winter construction, depending when we get the permit.

If we get the permit within weeks, I would like to get some floundation work done before the winter.  If we get our permit in October or November, I would like to leave construction to next Spring.

Construction in winter can be done, but the cost would be much higher.  I did a few construction projects in the North in winter, such as the famous Diavid Diamond mine, BHP's Jasen mine, Lundin's Eagle mine, a hydro dam project in Alaska, and a few in northern Ontario mine projects.  In winter, everything is so SLOW, everything has to keep running (it will be frozen, hard to start). If there are storms, everthing will shut down.

I cannot make it there this year because of work. If there is a volunteer, I would have a couple questions ?

1) Do they plan to build in winter conditions if the permit and financing come in late this year? Or the build is more likely to start in the spring of 2023 ?

2) Assuming the drilling campaign is completed between September 15th and October 31st, when could we expect a revised an official ressource update ?

3) What kind of dillution are they hoping for when all the necessary capital for the build is obtained ?
