RE:RE:RE:RE:News!Ok, cause you wrote on your previous post that: "The share consolidation is also for Aurelio and all board members, not just your basic share holder." You don't know either, I thought you knew for sure based on your comment. But the mention on the circular seems to give the board members the option not to consolidate. If the board members and AIP control 50% of the common share float you can be sure this is going to pass on the vote. At 1x25 (.02 starting point) consolidation the share price will be .50 while most shareholders will have an acquisition price well above that while the boardmembers acquisition shares will still be at around .11-.12 wow!
