As you've said multiple times. Nexoptic is a scam, they are crooks, it was a pump and dump. Rich, Paul and the brothers were in on it.

The above statements 'your statements' is what I took you meant when you're claiming to be right.?

So if the above is right we should assign zero value to nexoptics shares.

If the goal of your investment was to ride it to zero and loose everything with the plan in the end to claim capital losses. Then sure, you were right and a winner.

Anyhow, not worth the time with this one. Hope they pull a rabbit out their hat for yah damn. The time and money wasted here is not worth it.
