RE:Selfish motivesWhy would anybody pay 7$ ???  Sage is maybe worth 4$ , Alberta is worth nothing and Montalva will never see the light of day . Also If Jeff really think , in is world , that the company is worth 40$ why would he sell everything for 7$ ??
You really want to lose money going from GRB to GOVX 

Try TCF instead , much more certain to make money
