How often does a near-bankrupt penny stock company with no operations and a long history of dormancy, delays and fake news meet its 'schedule'?  Do your homework with eyes open and objectivity switched on, people.  Such statements are made just to try and keep hope alive.  They do not provide any assurance whatsoever that the company has overcome whatever has been holding it back.

'4th quarter 2022', '4th quarter 2024' and 'never' are all about equally likely in my opinion.
