Todd

ToddFor the first time, I think, Todd holds a majority interest in NCF, as well as a separate chunk of Sisson.
Overall, I think NCF shareholders are lucky to have Todd still supporting the project.  Without finance, NCF would be unable to hold onto mining concessions and advance the project.  Obviously, Mr Market still thinks that the development of Sisson is a long-shot and/or something far in the future.  While commodity prices are near those assumed for the fs, the costs must have soared considerably- many miners are mentioning this in their news releases.  The deadline for starting construction is Nov 9th??  Otherwise, the envoironmental impact review must be repeated, if I remember correctly.
Still, a lot of money to be made here if they do pull it off.
