Skeena Resources Limited is a Canadian mining exploration and development company. The Company is focused on revitalizing the Eskay Creek and Snip Projects, two past-producing mines located in Tahltan Territory in the Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia, Canada. The Eskay Creek portal consists of eight mineral leases, two surface leases and various unpatented mining claims totaling 6,151 hectares. My guess is he just wants a big one-time payout from SKE plus a percentage of any eventual gold revenue, and it appears he's got a better than 50/50 shot of getting it given the Commissioner's ruling which from this layman's perspective appears sound and based on the laws on the books given temple's very interesting summary of the decision. Thus, I believe the odds-on likely outcome is, as metal suggests, SKE cuts a deal with him if in fact what lies in that spot is as lucrative as metal suggests.
