RE:Whaaatt? Another FUD bash. You are so full of it..twisting facts.
QRR reactor had been always HPQ's project fully paid for by HPQ alone. Now that's it built and for insurance purpose and title..it is now transferred to rightful owner HPQ Silicon...period.
Pyrogenesis gets 10% royalty plus the millions of made building it. NSiR reactor is 50/50 JV.
You are a clown that is purposefully posting twisted facts and mislead.
Long and strong PYROGENESIS!
"The plan as always been to transfer the ownership of the pilot systems from PyroGenesis to HPQ Silicon prior to the reactor start, since under the terms of the July 2016 agreement, HPQ-Silicon, is the sole party entitled to claim R&D credits associated with the PUREVAP™ QRR pilot plant system operations." tamaracktop wrote: "According to PyroGenesis, this brings the total value of the project to about $5.3-million, including the sale of intellectual property to HPQ Silicon for $3.3-million"
So Pyrogenesis actually sold intellectual property that belongs to PyroGenesis shareholders to a company that PyroGenesis is the largest shareholder of for $3.3 million.
Think about that.
Just try to imagine the extent of the conflict of interest.
Who got the better of that deal?
Absolutely unbelievable.
