The unabated growth in the number of new entrants into the wine industry means that supply exceeds demand. The honeymoon period of the current boom for some Canadian wine producers is over.

It took self control during growth phases. Did Diamond ever show self control and manage expenses?  When was last time the company had operating margins over 11%? 

Peller had11% and above for a few years (2022 was an exception).  Its almost impossible to turn the company around due the culture, the failure of the board and limited revenues as a public wine company.
