RE:RE:Paradigm

RE:RE:ParadigmAlpha, you still havent answered my question............

agree that there will be no low ball takeover...........was never a risk given major shareholders..............

of course, I think were way too early to be thinkin takeover.............would probably need to spend at least another $100 million before any major had the data theyd need to pull the trigger......

great bear even with no 43-101 had massive amounts of drill data..............cuz they raised massive amounts of money..............almost always marking up the last deal...............and they also had much more grade and less technical issues...........and the ultimate buyer was kinross who has rep for overpayin for things............how do you spell Ecuador????

Pure market manipulation?????  a pure lie..................there are NO buyers!!!!!!!!!  If demand for financcing was so high, why are none of the parties buyin in mkt??????

As for the ATSs, they are not junk........certainly no more junk than the venture......but most would aruge way better than venture..............instos will always trade on ATS if they can cuz is quicker more efficinet and if they are sellers not as much spook to the lil guy who only sees venture trades.....

Alpha, just get the freakin deal closed already!!!  If its for a buck, so be it..........if its for $6 million stead of 8, just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think there is ANY manipulation......BUT THERE IS AFREAKIN OVERHANG..............YA REPRICED ONCE, MKT SPOOKED YALL REPRICE AGAIN

Once again, you've done an excellent job of analyzing the situation.

1) There will be no unfriendly takeover
The free float is too low for that and the strong hands know (at least since this year's drilling results) exactly what Tudor is worth.

2) There is pure market manipulation at the moment.
Many orders do not even come to the TSXV but are processed via some junk exchanges. It may be that someone wants to get in cheaply, as you write. However, someone can also deliberately depress the price to make the PP more difficult. In an unregulated market, this is possible. I can imagine competitors who suddenly see Tudor as a very serious threat...

One thing nobody can take away from us honest Tudor shareholders...the massive gold that is stored in the rocks on Treaty Creek !
