RE:Such a huge financing at this low share price level is in In my opinion this is a huge blunder - having to finance at such low levels.  If the expected 2022 revenue stream had some risk associated with it then they should have ensured there was cash in place and done a PP when the share price was much higher.  If some major news doesn't happen soon and get this stock price up before a horribly priced PP happens then I agree that there needs to be some changes.  Luxton might be valuable in some capacity for his technical knowledge or industry contacts but I'm not sure if he is right as the leader of the company.  I also wonder what the CFO and quite frankly the entire board were thinking.
