RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Congratulations TUDreal scam imho is that tud, and in fairness Research Capital, fell flat on their face on the pp............................and then doubled down by "upsizing" the deal due to "investor demand"....,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,an a 20% haircut to 1st deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so we go from $1.70 to 84 cents in a heart beat...............it was painful man, very painful......
on ATSs, rule in Canada is that broker has to route trade through exchange that has best price.....................touch to monitor unless you do it yourself on yur own trades (I do)......without DMA, you do miss the opp to put in certain "types" of trades available on some of the exchanges unless you call up broker and ask on phone..........

We also have to give credit to the dark pool activity. A very significant percentage of trades go through that route as the large financials front-run their own customers, while regulator systems can't match the speed and can't recognize or analyze the scams properly.
