RE:Electric airplanes......right, don’t forget the weight of the battery one of the best battery (lithium - sulfur) is 1.8 MJ/kg and the  airplane fuel is 43.5 MJ/kg. The A220 as a 17200kg tank with an efficiency of 30% (need to be verified) it’s a 5200kg net and a 77% electric efficiency (convertion lost) you need a 125700 kg battery!!
