It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

RE:RE:Media Advisory: Infrastructure Announcement in YellowknifeThere are a miriad of infrastructure projects that need money.  In the mining sector, the Talston power to the diamond mines (plus anyone else along the route) would provide rapid improvements on diamond mine economics as well as a substantial reduction on carbon emissions.  Right now, no other mine(s) can surplant the diamond mines for revenues in the NWT.  There are numerous roads that could go in pretty much anywhere.  I'm sure FT would be on the list, but we might not beat or even near the top.
