What this work demonstrates is that ONCY's pelareorep is synergistic in combination with other I/O agents, namely immune checkpoint inhibitors, bispecifics, small molecules and CART-T therapy, for example.

And that ONCY's pelareorep in combination with any of the above is more effective than when either is given alone as a monotherapy.
