RE:today's newsI agree 100% I hope DM has the foresight to add to thier administrative/customer service, tech reps etc. It takes longer to fill positions with good people these days. I'd hate to see them choke over not having sufficient office staff to handle the business. Good people are out there, but you need to pay them well. A stock option plan or other incentives will help with retention and allow them to grow out the business without being distracted by lack of support staff and/or turnover. I have seen great companies with great products or services flounder over staffing problems. Hopefully they understand this.
That being said, I feel this company will surprise all of us in a very good way.. GLTA!!
