Politicians in North America (US/Canada) decide what to do based on popular opinion. Their main bjective is to win the next election and stay in power. It is "NOT" to do what is right for the nation, but rather to do what is right in the eyes of the general population who each have an equal say. equality through the electorate ounds like a good idea until the media swings their opinions away from basic facts an reality.

Case in point: In the US, not a day goes by where the nation's problems are being linked to the Black population and their ordeals during slavery. What the media doesn't say:

1.  Slavery has existed for the entirety of man's existence on this planet throughout the world.
2.  Chinese/European/Asian/ and "AFRICAN" civilizations all had slaves.
3.  The slave markets for African (Black) slaves were established by AFRICAN SLAVE TRADERS who then sold their slaves to slave traders who were sometimes white men but ot limited to whites. See "Zanzibar" for a better understanding.
4.  It is estimated that OVER 6 million WHITE SOUTHERN EUROPEANS were kidnapped and sold into slavery by the North African nations of the Barbary Coast which is greater than the amount of Black slaves sold to the American colonists.
5. The Ottoman slaves were predominantly Europeans that were catured in war OR were surrendered as tribute to the Sultan. The elite OttomanJanissary Corps was formed by Europeans in this way.  See "Vlad Tepes aka Dracula"
6. African slave trading was abolished by WHITE EUROPEANS led primarily by Great Britain who controlled the seas, at great expense to them.

And finally the actual word "slave" comes from the word "slav" which identifies an ethnic group of individuals centered in Eastern Europe who are "white". Anybody want to guess why this word derives from slav...

So maybe the media should present some of the above points to the general population so we can stop the whole "victim" mentality which we see predominate American views. Heck even the entire Israelite nation were deported and used as slaves TWICE...
