EBIDTA
Adjusted EBITDA (Non-IFRS) of ($12.0) million compared to ($5.2) million for the same period in 2021. Sounds bad right picture worse than last year. Without legacy it would have read. Adjusted EBITDA (Non-IFRS) of ($3.4) million compared to ($5.2) million for the same period in 2021. Shows the company is improving don't punish current management for the sins of the past management they are doing a great job considering what they have been given. I suspect the sell-off is a mix of market sentiment and fears of dilution which very well may happen to pay some of their debt. But overall the business is improving.
