it'll be interesting to see how things go for CUB going forwards.. i did a tour of Bevo Agro (pre-Zenabis) and the prototype Cubic Farm systems were housed at Bevo in Langley BC (in transport trailers/containers).... very interesting technology/units.... i sold out of Bevo prior to the "Zenabis deal" and subsequent spin-out of Cubic Farms (as Bevo had invested considerable time and money into Cubic Farms and spun CUB out with the "Zenabis deal").....

i have since followed CUB but never invested.... this "shakeup" in management i think should have been done awhile back.... a number of the players from CUB (from the Bevo days) stayed on and i think they needed others to guide CUB as a public company.....

i continue to watch from the sidelines and might take a position...... appreciate all of your posts and points bandit69

Hi therealmccoy.  That's interesting.  I didn't realize CUB was a spin out from Zenabis but I remember you mentioned Zenabis before and I did look up some history.  It's not surprising now then what's happened if many that were operating CUB were in Zenabis too.  I chuckled when I read that the interim? chairman was also involved in the "restructuring" of Zenabis.  Interesting. :0)

As I wrote, I think they will squeak through but it's too early to say.  I would like to know the status of the Wyoming install because from the MD&A's they were responsible for some capex for this project and it appeared by the notes there was a lot of cash going.  I also just read this from the MD&A under Reasearch and Development:

"The Company expects completion of this project in Q4 of this year."

Wow.  for a project that was originally to be completed Q1 22 this is a major miss .  There is something seriously wrong with this.  Maybe this was the dynamite that caused the recent changes to occur other than probably running low on cash.

I saw asks were building up on Friday so let's see if this range holds much longer.  Unless there is some miracle on the horizon, I can see it heading lower yet and thanks for the message and the info re:Zenabis and early days of Cubic modules.  Always interesting to hear history.
